Midnight Intelligence Interface (MII)
Our branded AI layer, MII, appears across the client portal and internal tools. It supports questions, summaries, and guided workflows through governed prompts and logging. MII accesses data only via approved APIs and middleware—not direct database access.
Governance & safety
AI use is role-gated, versioned, and monitored. We track model and prompt versions, token usage, and errors. Sensitive data is classified and masked where required, and AI misuse is handled under our incident response framework.
Analytics & scaling tools
We treat AI as infrastructure: observability dashboards, performance metrics, and cost controls are built in. Scaling decisions are informed by usage patterns and partner objectives, not hype.
