Firm roles
- Managing Partner — Full authority, break-glass, strategic and governance controls.
- Equity Partner — Revenue participation, governance voting, project oversight.
- Non-Equity Partner — Delivery and client work, defined scope of authority.
- Associate — Execution within assigned projects and guidelines.
- Client — Access to client portal, projects, and support.
- System Admin — Technical and access administration under governance.
Decision authority & escalation
Decisions follow role-based authority. Client and delivery matters escalate to Partners; strategic, financial, and governance matters to the Managing Partner. All override and break-glass actions are logged and time-bound.
Voting & revenue participation
Governance voting and revenue participation are defined for Equity and Managing Partners. Policies are documented and applied consistently across the firm.
